 Q. Is this a real company?

A. We completed understand the reason behind this question and are not offended when asked. We've taken the necessary steps to being a legally recognized company within the United States and California. We are a registered LLC within the United States and California. Q. Do you do custom pictures or personal pictures for Diamond Painting?

Q. Do you replace missing beads/drills?

A. Yes, we will replace your missing beads if you ordered with our company. Please email us your full name, email address you used to place the order, order number, and what colors are missing. If you had an order with square and round drills we will also need to know the drill type. 

Q. What type of Payments do you accept?

A. Amazello accepts all major credit cards and PayPal.

Q. Your store prices are in what currency?

A. Our store prices are in United States Dollar (USD). Please note that if you pay in a currency that's different from the designated currency of your payment method, your provider or third-party payment processor may apply a currency conversion rate or fees to your payment.

Q. Do you have a store locations or only an eCommercie store?

A. Currently, Amazello does not yet have a physical store location. We only sell online at the present time.

Q. How long until my product is shipped?

A. It usually takes 3 - 4 business days for processing. Orders placed on the weekend or holiday will be processed the next business day in the order received. We recommend doing bulk orders, instead placing separate orders for quicker processing. Shipping can take 7 - 21 business days. For late or international orders please allow an additional 14 business days.

Q. I got a discount code from the spinning the wheel, will this automatically be applied in my cart ?

A.Please enter the discount code manually in your Cart as it is only copied in your clipboard NOT applied automatically. *We cannot apply the discount once an order is already submitted.The discount code should be placed before check out. You can still use the promo code on your next order.

Q. Where is my Order Confirmation?

A. The order confirmation email is sent your email within 24 hours upon checkout. Please try to check you spam or trash folder as it may end up there as well. We are available to resend the confirmation email, please request it from amazellostore@gmail.com

Q. What if I want to cancel my order?

A. If you would like to cancel your order you have 24 hours to do so. Contact us immediately if you would like to cancel. If 24 hours has passed then we are unable to cancel your order as it would have already been shipped.

Your refund for a cancelled order will take 2-5 working days depending on your payment method. Paypal is instant whereas credit card/debit card buyers may have to wait a little longer.
